Concentrix Application Process (Philippines)

If ever you are going to apply for Concentrix and you don’t know what to expect, you’re on the right place! In this blog you will see the Application Process in Concentrix. This is based on my personal experience. Ready? Let’s start!

YOU CAN WEAR ANYTHING! Business attire is not necessary but it’s a good first impression.

Bring the following:

  • A LOT of copies of your resume (just to make sure)
  • A valid ID (for first timers, school ID is valid)

PROCESS:

– If you applied through online, wait for the call or text of someone from the company for your interview. If you just walked in, pass your resume or if you don’t have one, ask for an application form. There are also head hunters, if they’re the one who introduced you to the company, you could ask them for help or assistance.

1. INITIAL INTERVIEW – they will see if you can communicate with them well. They mostly give attention on how you handle the conversation. Good grammar is not necessary but a good speaking English language will have big chance! It doesn’t matter if you feel that you are talking A LOT because that is what they are looking for. BE HONEST – very important! COMPLETE ENGLISH. TAGLISH will lessen your chances! Do your best, there are people who fails on this stage.

2. WRITTEN EXAM – English, math, logic, grammar, sales, computer, analyzing.

3. SECOND INTERVIEW – give your best on this stage! They will ask you personal questions and why you want to work on Call Center industry. We all know, we need money but PLEASE as much as possible, don’t mention anything about financial struggles but if you have already mentioned it, segue it to something like – “To be honest, I need a reliable career because we need a job to be able to survive the real world.. etc, I’m also up to the benefits. etc.. And I also see that Call Center job really is a big help in the economy of the Philippines and as I see my friends who works on the BPO industry – they are all successful and I want to be just like them etc. etc..” – like that. For tips on answering, check my next blog. If you pass this interview, you are most likely to be endorsed to the branch where they think you fit (depends on the account).

They will be giving you an endorsement letter to present to the branch where you are going to take the exam. In my case, I was sent from Cubao to Cyberwest in front of SM North Edsa. They covered the transportation, I rode their van and dropped me off on the very building. But if your skills passed on the account that is available on the place that you are applying then you’ll proceed to the next step.

4. ONLINE EXAMINATION – This will test your listening skills, analyzing skills, and following instructions skills. I’m sorry I could not give further more details due to confidentiality reasons. It’s kinda hard especially for those in entry level/first timers but if you have good skills in listening and paying attention to details, it’s good. This is the stage where a lot of applicants failed.

5. FINAL INTERVIEW – there are still chances of failing here even if you previous exams. In this phase, they will ask you questions harder than the first and second interview. In this interview, they will see if you are really up to the work. Communication skills and how you answer their question is what they are looking for. Answer at your best as much as possible and this is also the time to talk about your salary (for those who have been in the industry for a long time, for the first timers, don’t think of doing this) They will ask you to got to this floor and wait if you passed.

IF YOU PASSED.

6. JOB OFFER – Yes, job offer.  Tadaaaaaah! Completion of requirements is 3 days after your application. and you are to start immediately.

IF you are going to apply please do take note that you are on a ONE DAY PROCESS – NOT HALF DAY. You could be in the office until 12 am or more so be ready for it. Usually, you’re gonna be requested to go back for your contract signing.

Do your best so you won’t waste your time. If you want help, hit comment or contact me and I will refer you! 🙂
